Marc Rosenwald brings more than three decades of controllership and financial reporting leadership. He spent much of his career at American Express and most recently served as Corporate Controller for Nasdaq-listed Charge Enterprises.

Marc has led global accounting, consolidation, tax, treasury, SEC reporting, ERP implementation, and SOX readiness. His American Express roles spanned credit and fraud risk, rewards, corporate payments, shared services, and business-unit finance, giving him a strong operating perspective on building audit-ready and regulator-ready finance functions.
