John Tinsley brings more than 25 years of global experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, and transaction execution. He advises management teams, multinational companies, and private equity sponsors on growth strategy, market entry, commercial diligence, integration, and operating-model transformation.

Before joining Emerytus Advisors, John was a Managing Director at EY-Parthenon. Earlier, he founded and built Parthenon’s Tokyo office, advising clients across Asia on growth, transactions, and new-market development. His experience spans large-scale transformation, cross-border M&A, portfolio expansion, and venture building.
