David Ufheil brings more than 30 years of financial leadership, accounting advisory, and IPO-readiness experience. A CPA, he combines Big Four audit and advisory rigor with hands-on leadership as CFO of public and private companies.

David spent more than 20 years with KPMG in the United States and Germany, followed by accounting-advisory leadership roles at EY and Riveron. He has guided companies through financings, carve-out reporting, GAAP conversions, purchase accounting, revenue recognition, SEC readiness, and post-IPO controls.
