Diane Edwards brings more than 30 years of experience across enterprise finance leadership, management consulting, and large-scale transformation. She helps executive teams strengthen financial discipline, improve decision-making, and navigate organizational change.

At Freddie Mac, Diane directed planning for a $1.2 billion G&A budget, led FP&A business partnership, and managed cross-functional SEC reporting. Earlier roles at IBM and PwC focused on technology-enabled transformation and more efficient delivery of professional services. She is a CPA and holds a BBA in Accounting with a Finance concentration from the University of Texas at Austin.
